I needed to cancel my order the day after I ordered it.I wrote to them and within hours I got an email saying that they have canceled my order and that I will be getting my refund. Absolutely excellent service and I have to thank Roy for my email.

Mr. Roy my Customer representative from Fur life was very responsive to my Email request with one of their products quickly resolve the issue in a very timely manner highly recommend for life for your pet purchases.

Roy, Julia, Ramon and Mat was very helpful when I had a problem with our first order of the pendants from FurLife. They responded to my messages on Facebook in a timely manner. This allowed me to communicate with Customer service due to my deafness. I’m hoping the next round will work and last 12 months. I’m not one who writes a review before trying out a new product. I mistakenly put the wrong shipping address and Roy took care of it efficiently and eased my fears of it being delivered to the wrong place. Great company!
