I had a problem with my order when I noticed somehow I was being shipped a cat collar instead of a dog pendant, I immediately contacted FurLife and in a day it was resolved and the order was correct by JeAnne! Thank you!!

I really would like to think everyone then who helped me with the issue I was having. I had purchased three fleatick collars full of my dogs. One of them is a little bubble having to burst for some unknown reason. It was very easy to get a replacement, really appreciate everyone who helped me out.Thank you very much.

Great customer service from JeAnne, Patrick and Julia! My Redbone Coonhound some how dislodge the pendant from its holder and they worked quickly amd efficiently to get me a replacement! This is 2nd year of buying Furlife and absolutely love the product!

I had an issue with my Furlife collar product not performing properly. I contacted Furlife and communicated my problem. They responded immediately and came through in grand fashion. Mat and Julia really helped me out. The flea and tick tags medicine capsule had fallen out of the tag only a couple of days after we put it on my black labs collar. I messaged Furlife and Julia and Mar helped me out and was able to send me a new one. They were super quick to respond and were very easy to work with.
