I made a mistake on my address. Roy handled it immediately. My FurLife is on the way to the right address. Roy was swift in notifying me all is well.

Thank you so much for the professional support provided by Roy, Glisson & Julia at FurLife. I ordered a 12mo pendant for my new kitty and the large piece is way too big for her tiny collar (same size as the dog pendant). She likes to chew on her collar so I knew there was no way this would survive!! The support team sent out a cat collar to provide the flea & tick protection for her since we have a dog that goes outside a lot. We just want to be safe because we have a ton of ticks in our area!!
