I had a problem with the ball in the pendent, the stuff just disappeared. I talked to Julia via texting and received a new one in the mail today. Great customer service!

I purchased the pendant for my shih tzu who has seizures with Frontline Plus and Advantix II. I was afraid when I first used she shook so I took it off; then tried again two weeks now. She's been fine and not shaking or scratching. I think she's a tiny drama queen and controls me. BUT, no problems and I recommend the pendant and will purchase again. Also, the little medicine ball is intact with no problems.

Bought 1 to see if it work. We put it on our Beagle/ Chihuahua mix and after a couple days started seeing results. So I purchased 2 more for our 2 Chihuahua's. Same results a great product.

This product seems to work very well. It's super easy to use and the dogs don't seem to bother them at all.

The collar attachment is doing well to keep the fleas under control on my dog and the shampoo kills off the rest easily. It smells great too!
