I absolutely love their flea and tick products for my dog. I am relieved to have finally found a safe product for my dog. Their customer service is fantastic. I had a small issue and Roy and Julia in customer service responded right away with a more than acceptable resolution. This is a great company and I am a happy customer.

I contacted customer service about one of our packs coming out of the collar. Glisson and Julia immediately responded and I am being shipped out a replacement. This is our second year of using FurLife for our three dogs. We love this product and their great customer service.
