I simply sent an email explaining how our new Fur life pendant broke. My email was replied to immediately and the company offered to replace it free of charge. The response and customer focused care provided by Roy and Julia were amazing! I truly appreciate everything they did for me and my baby girl!!! Thank you so much!

I ordered a dog collar from furlife and was so happy to know it was getting delivered earlier than expected up until the post office sent the package back. I was very angry because it isn't the 1st time they've done that without notifying me. I quickly sent an email to furlife customer support. I was surprised to get a reply so quick. JeAnne & Julia were super helpful and understanding. Not even a few hrs. After explaining my situation to them, they already had a new shipment being delivered to me. Great Customer service for sure.
