I have never in my life had such great customer support. Joanne reached out to me regarding the flea collars I had purchased. I let her know my puppies chewed up the collars. She replaced them for no cost to me. FANTASTIC!!!

I ordered the flea and tick repellant after reading reviews and than looked up real reviews and decided to cancel. Julia was very kind in the email and I was refunded within a few hours! Customer service was amazing and easy to deal with!

I bought the furLife flea and tick pendant for my dog. I loved it so much better than what we were using. I did however encounter a problem with it, getting a small hole after just only a couple of months. Notified the company and hear back from Julia very quickly. She let me know they will be sending a replacement. 10/10 product and customer service!! Thank you Julia!
