This is our third order with Furlife. We’ve tried the pods as well as the collars. Both have worked well. We like the pods a little better. On this last order, we noticed after our 1 dog had his new pod on that the oil pod was missing. We hadn’t had this happen. In speaking with Julia, she replaced the missing pod and suggested to place a small amount of super glue to keep the pod in place if our dog was playing a little more roughly. I appreciate that Furlife replaced the pod and provided feedback on how we could keep the pod in place going forward. Thanks Furlife!

This is a great product that works well for keeping ticks off my Black Lab. I lost my dog’s collar and quickly ordered a replacement. I later realized I ordered the wrong size and sent an email to their customer service team. Mat replied in a couple hours to tell me he had changed my order before it shipped. A great product AND great customer service! You guys are the best. Thank you!!!
