We’ve been with FurLife for almost two years now. Our Vet approved of the collar. Our recent attachment arrived cut on one side so it wouldn’t work on the collar, I reached out immediately and Julia is sending a replacement to us asap for our sweet fur baby. These collars really do work & the best part is no chemicals. Customer service rocks! Thank you
