This company is doing an excellent job in finding natural solutions for ticks, fleas and other pests which are the eternal problem for pet owners. Their customer service is excellent. In my case, Julia helped me immediately with my issue.

Julia got back to me quickly and was very friendly, polite, and courteous. She verified that my order had been received but failed to answer my question about why to site says "this site does not support VISA".

I do like that they are rectifying and resending my order. I've been waiting for the order since 11/17, keep tracking. Your order for response was very disappointed. Future, it would be nice if there was an actual telephone number that I could call and talk to somebody rather than going back through emails. I understand. Need to go and have it on record of communication. The assistance that I had to rectify this order from Patrick and Julia has been great.

My experience with Julia was very quick I had been sent the 8month instead of 12month and she was able to get me a discount for my ADA Service Dog. I would of liked to have paid for the shipping as well because I didn't order incorrectly I was sent incorrectly my order shows that I ordered the 12 month
