The collar is great- but my dog was able to break it in 2 pieces. There is no way to securely attach the collar and it kept coming off. Needs a way that it cannot come off and stronger so a pet cannot scratch it off.

I've been using the collar on my poodle since we moved to a heavily wooded area. It's very effective at keeping the bugs away without any harsh chemicals, which is important to me. Plus, it's waterproof which is great for our daily walks, rain or shine.

I liked your fast response on the purchase of you Flea and Tick collar. And Delivery of the collar. But unfortunately I put the Collar on my French Bull Dog fit was good, but after a couple days My Dog starting to vomit . She would eat fine then shortly after consumed a lot of water. then shortly afterwards would Vomit everything came up and the huge amount of water. after a couple days of this I put two and two together the only change was the Collar. I removed the Collar , watched her food intake she stopped vomiting within a couple days she was fine. so I can only explain that it must of been the Collar. Sorry I wanted it to work. And I've used other collars the Seresto Collar and had no problems. so sorry, but thank you for the chance

First off, product came quick and well packaged. Well built and easy to apply. Many walks with it, and no ticks! Unfortunately, my pup caught a small tick on his neck I found later in the day. If the area is highly infested, be cautious ⚠️

I really wanted this to work for my pup, as we live in SW Missouri and ticks are prevalent. I also have Alpha-gal allergy from a tick bite so I try very hard to avoid them. Unfortunately, the ticks have still gotten through the collar's "barrier", and I'll be going back to a pill. It may help, but it wasn't what I'd hoped.

I live in Florida and I understand how horrible our flea and ticks are, especially spring through fall. I bought 2 of these collars for my dogs. They did seem to work during the inter. However by March Ive found 2 ticks and fleas started in April. So Jan. And February it seemed to work. Unfortunately that’s not going to be a good product for me. I was really hoping that this product was different. In my opinion, it’s not any better than Wondercide. At least Wondercide kills fleas and ticks.

**UPDATED REVIEW** Customer service was top notch and refunded me for 3 out of the 5 collars I purchased. Gave them a start for that. I was really hoping for a healthy alternative for flea protection for my 4 cats. 2 out of the 4 had reactions - on one his fur was completely gone from where the collar was and the second had little scabby areas underneath the collar. 2 out of 4 isn’t that great in my book. I reached out to the company during the first week when constant itching started on these two cats. I was told to give it some time for them to adjust. Well time just made it worse. I spent A LOT of money on these collars and as far as I’m concerned it was a total waste of money. I removed the collars from all of them.

Hello Karen, Thank you for your feedback, and we are truly sorry to hear about the reactions your cats experienced with our flea collars. The well-being of your pets is incredibly important to us, and we understand your disappointment and concern. It's concerning to hear that two of your cats developed such adverse reactions. While it's not uncommon for pets to require a period of adjustment to new products, the issues you described are certainly not the expected outcome, and continuing discomfort and visible reactions like fur loss and scabbing are signs that the product may not be suitable for your pets. We take situations like this very seriously and are keen to address this promptly. We would like to investigate this further and find a resolution that works for you, especially considering the impact on your pets and the investment you've made. Please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can discuss this matter directly. We value your trust and are committed to providing solutions that ensure the safety and comfort of your pets. We’re here to help and look forward to speaking with you soon. Kind regards Emily
