Don’t bother
**update** Right after submitting this review Fur-life refunded my money. Original review Don’t bother! Did nothing for my animals except cause them to over groom. I contacted the company to request a refund. They insinuated that I was using their collars incorrectly and they offered me a 25% refund for my inconvenience. But again stated how to correctly use their collars and told me that they would deter ticks and fleas but would not necessarily kill them. Stating that no product would guarantee that there product would work 100% of the time. 5 emails back and forth with customer service and still no refund. Don’t be fooled by their 100% money back guarantee within 30 days. Just save your money and get some Cedar wood essential oils and mist your animal with water and essential oil.

Since we use only natural ingredients we like to clarify that our collar is designed to repel pests rather than kill them on contact. This means that it's possible for pests to be present on your pet, but our collar will prevent them from biting and infesting your pet. While our anti flea and tick collar is highly effective, like any treatment, it is not 100% guaranteed. We value your satisfaction and want to make sure you have a positive shopping experience.
