Found a tick
We were excited to try these collars seeing as they have safer ingredients… but sad to say after a couple mile walk I just found a tick embedded in my dogs face… which is right near the collar. Bummed to have to go back to using the other kind of collars but they do work.

Hello Lindsey, Thank you for sharing your experience with our flea and tick collar. We truly appreciate your feedback and understand your concern about finding a tick on your dog despite using our product. We would like to clarify that the full effectiveness of our collar builds up over a period, typically reaching its peak within a few days to three weeks, depending on factors such as your pet's fur length. To maximize the effectiveness of the collar, it's important to ensure that it is worn continuously and fits snugly against your pet's skin. It's also important to note that our collar is designed to repel pests rather than kill them on contact. While the collar works to prevent ticks and fleas from biting and infesting your pet, it's possible for these pests to still come into contact with your pet's fur. Regular checks and prompt removal of ticks are essential steps to ensure your pet’s safety. While our collar is highly effective in repelling pests, no flea and tick prevention method can guarantee 100% efficacy. We understand how disappointing this situation must be and we are committed to improving the experience for all our customers and their beloved pets. If you have any more concerns or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. We’re here to help and want to ensure the safety and comfort of your dog. Kind regards Marc
