Bought 2 for my cats
Bought 2 for my cats. The scam? You should let them air out a couple days when first opened. When asking for a refund (because they don't work), you need to wait 25 days to give them time to work. Then you ask for a refund and are offered a 40% refund without returning the product. THEN they offer an 80% refund. By the time you beg them to honor their word and beg for a return label, it will be past the 30 days. Sneaky.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we're truly sorry to hear about your frustration. We want to clarify a few important points regarding our refund process. First and foremost, once you've contacted us within the 30-day window to request a refund, your eligibility under our money-back guarantee is locked in and does not expire, even if the process continues past the 30-day mark. We're committed to honoring our guarantee as long as the initial request was made within the stated timeframe. Regarding the refund offers you mentioned — the 40% and later 80% refund — these are optional goodwill gestures we provide in an effort to make the process quicker and easier for customers. They are not meant to pressure or mislead in any way, and you're always welcome to decline and request a full refund instead. Additionally, you're absolutely right that the collars should be aired out for a couple of days before use, especially for cats, who may be more sensitive to natural oils like citronella. We include this recommendation to help ensure your pet has the best possible experience with our product. We apologize if any part of the communication came across as unclear or confusing — that is never our intention. We’ve already taken steps to simplify and clarify our process based on feedback like yours. If there's anything further we can do to make this right, please don’t hesitate to reach out directly. We value your trust and hope we’ll have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
