So I ordered 2 flea products for my cats. I immediately noticed when I hit enter it was not the card I wanted to use for payment, but thought ok my fault it will be okay. Then a few days later I noticed it was going to my old address so I cancelled the order. Roy was great in getting back to me saying the order was cancelled and when I could see the refund on my card. I really appreciated Roy for getting this taken care of in a timely manner.

I placed an order recently for dog collars and was sent incorrect items; cat collars instead. I contacted the customer service and they responded quickly to my email and offered to send the correct items. They also said that I didn't need to send the incorrect items they sent by mistake back. I've decided to donate them to the ASPCA. Julia, Roy, and Mat at FurLife were thoughtful and responsive and made me feel like a valued customer.
