Hello, Maggie, Thank you for your feedback, and we are sorry to hear about your experience with our collar. We understand your frustration and are here to help. We want to clarify a few points regarding the effectiveness of our collar. The full effect of the collar begins within a few days up to three weeks, with the exact time varying depending on your pet's fur length. To maximize the collar's effectiveness, please ensure it is worn continuously and fits snugly against your pet's fur. Our collar is designed to repel pests rather than kill them on contact. This means that while it's possible for ticks and fleas to be present on your pet, the collar will prevent them from biting and infesting your pet. It's essential to regularly check your pet for ticks and remove them promptly to ensure their safety. While our anti-flea and tick collar is highly effective, like any treatment, it is not 100% guaranteed. We apologize for any confusion regarding our 30-day return policy. We value your satisfaction and would like to assist you further. Please contact us directly at [email protected] so we can address your concerns and find a satisfactory resolution. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we look forward to serving you better in the future. Kind regards Marc

Hello Xavier, Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear that our product did not resolve your dog's flea problem. We understand how frustrating this can be, and we're here to help. It's important to note that all of our natural anti-flea and tick products are designed as a preventative solution. They work to repel new fleas from infesting your pet but are not formulated to kill those pests already present before you began using our products. For current infestations, here's what we recommend: Treat the Existing Infestation: We advise consulting with your veterinarian to find an effective treatment to eliminate the fleas already on your pet. There are various effective options, including topical medications, oral treatments, and medicated shampoos. Some natural alternatives include diatomaceous earth, dawn dish soap, or apple cider vinegar, although these should also be discussed with your vet. Prevent Future Infestations: Once your pet is pest-free, using our products will help keep it that way. Our products create an environment that repels new pests from attaching to your pet, helping to keep them comfortable and pest-free over the long term. If you have any further questions or need additional support, please don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected]. We’re here to help and ensure you and your pet have the best experience possible. Thank you for giving us a try, and we hope to serve you better in the future. Kind regards Marc
