I can’t say enough good things about FurLife and their customer service! I accidentally ordered the wrong color for one of the products, and Roy took care of it immediately. There was no back-and-forth or hassle—he corrected my order right away so it could be shipped as quickly as possible. Roy made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free, and it’s clear that FurLife truly values its customers. This is hands down some of the best customer service I’ve dealt with in a long time. On top of that, I absolutely love the product itself. This is my third time reordering, and the quality has been consistently excellent every time. Reached out to Furlife because the center of one of our flea tags was missing after less than 2 1/2 months of use. They responded immediately and offered to replace it so we could get one back on our dogs. We utilize these as a second safety precaution to ticks being brought into the home since they take a supplement to kill the ticks if they attach or get onto their skin, thank you Roy and Julia for your assistance and timely attention to this manner, we truly appreciate it we are looking forward to our new tags and continuing to buy a quality products for our special furballs.
