Completely untrustworthy and useless
The product is completely useless and does absolutely nothing against ticks. It emits an extremely strong citronella smell, so the dogs always walk around in a cloud of scent. The smell even gives you a headache. When I tried to use the 30-day money-back guarantee after 27 days, they offered to refund 30% without requiring me to return the product. When I pointed out the terms, they then offered a 40% refund. Alternatively, I would have to return it to the USA. Only after I again referred to the promise of the money-back guarantee and threatened a chargeback and a negative review was I finally refunded the full amount without any conditions. Completely untrustworthy, and on top of that, the product is ineffective and affects the dogs’ sense of smell.
