Was very help full with the problem with the fur life pendant I would been happy with a replacement one and my money back as well in the time I had pendant and all the emails on this and the frustration but over all these two was great with helping me your experience with Glisson and Patrick was better the the 1 response I got They need to.

Small back and forth in the start for my refund, but Mat understood in the end that it was not fair that my cat didnt even lasted 2 days with her pendant as it broke and spill all over her. He explain the pendant would be refunded and also with in few days . Even though mg cat can not use the product, my dog is happily protected and its still on her strong .
