Julia was very quick in her responses. She was very sympathetic and understanding. She was very knowledgeable. She also was very helpful.

What a product ran out in a week with me I believe in the product and I hope that my family continues to use it customer service was great and furlife offered to send me a new one out but I just don't know what happened to this one that went out so fast and she's on your small puppy

Our dog wore a FurLife Pendant for 3 months and it worked great to repel fleas and ticks! Scout was playing with a dog at the park and a tooth puctured the repellent pouch. I was aa mess so I threw it away. I emailed FurLife to get help. The entire staff I dealt with were kind , supportive and helpful. Normally they would have liked me to send a photo of the damaged pendant.Yet they still re sent me a replacement. Patrick, Glisson, Julia and JeAnne all were sweet, kind and very patient. My new Pendant is in the mail. Thank you all!

They answered all my questions got back to me and plenty of time. we discussed the problem back-and-forth and everything is good. They are working with me to send me new collar with the pad. I’m very grateful for their help.

My experience with Julia was excellent. I have an issue with with the delivery, and Julia helped me, whenever I wrote to her she replied to my messages. Dealing with people like that makes for a great experience, and would recommend the company. Thanks Julia♥️
