This is my second year purchasing Fur life for my three dogs. I ordered a little late this year and every day my dogs came in with ticks in them. As soon as I got my order and put them on my dogs, I never saw a tick again. I have told family members and friends how amazing they are! Recently, my one dog came up to me and I realized the little packet of oil was missing out of the holder on his collar. I contacted Fur Life and they’re sending me a new one at no charge. I wasn’t expecting that, I just wanted to replace the oil. They have great customer service and I will definitely keep purchasing from them in the future!!

I received the wrong product. Julia quickly replaced my order with the correct product. I am very pleased with the excellent service Julia provided. Looking forward to getting the flea collar for my cat. Thanks Julia appreciate you good work.

The service for Fur Life has been wonderful. I worked with Julia to get a replacement pendant for my dog and she sent it out right away. I live in Tennessee and my dogs and I spend a lot of time in the woods and the ticks are bad. Since my dogs have been wearing this one on their collars we haven’t had any ticks it’s been so nice. I like it because it smells good and being non toxic is good because my dogs sleep with us.

I want to thank Joanne so much! I ordered 4 in May and 1 malfunctioned. I emailed them yesterday evening by this am I received an email they are shipping a replacement free of charge. They are even paying the shipping! This company not only have great products when there is a malfunction (which it happens to everyone) they stand by their products and replace it asap! They have a forever client from me and I've told everyone else I know about the product! I personally have 4 dogs.

Julia and JeAnne were very helpful in resolving my issue with the pendants. They were very courteous and responded to my emails very fast. And resolved the issue in very timely manner. I emailed FurLife support to find out about any discounts available. Roy promptly replied and was able to give me the help I needed! The support was great! I love using FurLife products for my dogs. We have many acres they love to explore so keeping them free of ticks is important and FurLife collars have worked great for them!

FurLife works well in my 2 dogs. I bought the tic repellant collar as a natural solution. But adventurous dogs have a way of damaging things they are wearing. Thus was the case for me. I reached out to FL and the response from Roy and Julia was better than I expected. They quickly resolved our problem and my Alaska is again fully protected from tics. Thank you both, & I would recommend FurLife as a great natural product.
