I thought I ordered a cat and dog flea collar. But wasn't sure so emailed they to make sure. Come to find out I didn't but they answered me right away before order was packed and corrected it for me. They are awesome. Thank you Julie

I had a small problem and Julia was happy to help. The product is working well on my active golden , Dolly. I love that it is a natural solution to fleas, they seem to be gone once she started wearing the collar. thanks again Kate

Our FurLife collar was defective within the first month. I contacted customer service and after sending pics Julia, Patrick, and Mat made sure we were taken care of within 24 hrs. I purchased two FurLife pendants. They didn’t work and was damaged. I was asked to present pictures, I did. Email correspondences with JeAnne and Julia through the evening and night was a wonderful experience. The responses were prompt, professional and helpful. My problem was solved to my satisfaction. I was very impressed by the promptness of the solution and the care of which it was done. PLEASE, THANK YOU JEANNE and JULIA…. Well done.

Very good communication between the buyer and seller. Which I appreciate. We purchased two of the Furlife 12 month Flea and Tick collars and they have been working as advertised without any ticks or fleas. So I'm one satisfied customer.
