My order was filled very promptly and shipped to me within days. The product seems to be working well for my dog. I ordered the tick/flea collar for him. From day one on approx. June 20th when we put the 12 Month FurLife medallion on our dogs collar, we have not seen any fleas or ticks or any other bugs on Alora at all. We are so happy that we found FurLife, an all natural flea and tick repellent vs. chemicals and pesticides in or on her. We will continue to use FurLife's 12 month medallion in the future. We love the smell as well as being able to put the medallion on her one collar and not have multiple collars. Thank you FurLife...

I was hesitant at first to buy something that I saw on an ad on Facebook. We live in the country and even though my German Shepherd is on tick medication he was still bringing ticks into the house. I put the collar on him and was hopeful, and since then we have not had one tick on him or in the house, I'm not sure how it works even though I read the description, but to be honest, I really don't care as it has been my best purchase this summer. So much so that when they went on sale, I inquired us to the shelf life of the product and bought two more just in case for some reason they became unavailable. I highly recommend these. Carrie. My golden has sensitive skin so the collar itself was not the best option. They were willing to send the other option that goes on regular collar.

The collars do not smell bad at all. They do not seem to bother my dogs. Also seem to be working. Happy so far with this product!

I love these collars! I have five dogs and, unfortunately, one of them came to me infested with fleas. I put the pendant on him and within a few days his incessant itching AND the fleas were gone. The only problem I have with the pendant is that 3 of my dogs are 4 MO puppies and they love to wrestle with each other. During one of these wrestling matches the oil pouch for one of my pups was punctured and now he has no protection. I would love to see a design modification to address this issue and keep it from happening to other pet parents. Thank you for an otherwise great product. I will be ordering a replacement pendant for my pup.
