I cannot recommend FurLife highly enough! We live on a 25-acre farm with three large, very active dogs, so ticks have always been a concern. Since we started using FurLife's pendants, we have not found a single tick on any of our dogs. The product truly does what it promises, and we have been beyond impressed with how well it works. Our dogs play hard, and unfortunately two of the pendants didn't survive their roughhousing. While I was disappointed that they were damaged, I completely understand that nothing is indestructible when you have big dogs that wrestle nonstop! What truly set FurLife apart was their incredible customer service. JeAnne, Julia, and Mat were absolutely wonderful. They were kind, understanding, quick to respond, and genuinely cared about helping us. They even took the time to offer helpful advice on how to better protect the pendants in the future by placing them on our larger dogs backward. That kind of thoughtful support is rare these days. It has been a long time since I've experienced customer service this exceptional. It's clear that FurLife stands behind both their products and their customers, and that means so much. Finding a product that actually works is amazing, but finding a company filled with people who truly care is even better. We are incredibly grateful we found FurLife. I highly recommend furlife to everyone. I had an issue with a product, I contacted support I explained the issue and it’s been resolved.
