Roy and Julia! They were Great! replacements were sent out right away! The flea/tic pendants are Great! Only realized one of the beads gone, as a tic showed up! I've used them since my dogs were puppies, they're going to be 4 this year. Best product without harsh chemicals I could find.

I had a product the flea and tick pendent not work as well as it was supposed to do the customer service rep glisson helped me get approved for a free replacement Incase the pendent for some reason was defective.

I had a pendant missing from my order and contacted customer service and JeAnne messaged me back right away and is sending me the one im missing. Very nice and got back to me right away

We’ve been using the flea collar for a year now. It has worked great. I love having a more natural way to protect my dog rather than using toxic chemicals. We did have one issue with our second order but Roy & Glisson rectified the matter right away.
