I had a change of address because I had just moved and I ordered an item and it was to be delivered at my old address. I sent an email and no more than a half an hour. I got a response back from Julia and informed her of my change of address. No, she could not cancel my order but she did change my address. And for that I am truly grateful because I would not want to have my package delivered at my old address. The service that she gave me was greatly appreciated and I thank her for everything that she has done Thank you Julia. I really appreciate you. Keep up the good work.
