I had sent an email about an issue. Within MINUTES 2 of the team members responded. Glisson and Julia solved my issue and sent out a replacement immediately. The customer service of this company and these 2 employees is top notch. They care about their customers. I will be a loyal customer for years to come. One of the tags popped. I contacted customer service, and after sending them a photo, they told me they would be sending me a new one. Great costumer service! Glisson and Julia were great!!

Absolutely amazing customer support from the good people at FurLife, Glisson in particular! I made a mistake with my first order and instead of having to wait till it was delivered so I could send back the extra item and then wait again for the intended one to come, they responded to my email very quickly and fixed my mistake so it will all be delivered correct the first time ....AND I APPRECIATE THAT! Off to a great start with me! (I'll update once I receive the order. )

We love the pendants. We have two labs and it has kept them safe. I love most of all its natural, and I don’t have to shove a chemical pill down my dogs throat. As he hated the taste of the pills. We had a pendant fall out of our male dogs holder and they replaced at no cost. Great product great customer service.

Excellent products and I have the proof - but not how i wanted it to happen. Customer Service - specifically Julia -- is excellent! Been using for years and Zero issues with fleas & ticks. My dog started scratching like crazy & after trip to vet, they confirmed she had fleas & was allergic to them biting her. I said how could that be? I've been using this Fur Life Pendant on all the family for years - and low and behold the bubble inside the pendant was missing. So zero issues with the pendant and when there was no pendant a nightmare ensued. Proof of a great product! Now the service I received from Julia - I sent an email describing what happened and within an hour, Julia had responded to me as well as issued a new one be sent out no charge and I received the order confirmation. Wow - that was quick!

Gilisson took care of a double order I did not want. I was done within 6 hours. I really appreciate the quick response. I am very pleased with Furlife products.

WOW! Great customer service! Had an accident with one of the dog tick and flea collar attachments.. not a company issue.. but they replaced the item at no cost!! And free shipping! Many thanks to Roy, JeAnne, Mat and Julia!! Absolutely outstanding customer service!!
