Had an issue with shipping, no fault of FurLife, but with their shipping affiliate. Contacted CS and received order in 3 days. Had a question of fitment on a large collar. Received a response from Julia at CS, she not only, provided instructions, but also sent a video. Love the Pendant, and CS is awesome.

There was an error with my order, I was accidentally sent a cat collar instead of a dog collar. I was informed that the dog/cat collars were interchangeable, however the cat collar would not fit on my dog. The representative, Patrick, who I spoke with was quick to respond and sent my dog collar replacement free of charge. This is our second year using FurLife and I’d recommend them to anyone.
