We are several weeks in using FurLife flea and tick collar and so far so good. Living in northern Wisconsin where ticks are a huge problem, doesn’t seem to be an issue for the FurLife collar. Also, the customer service is great! I had a small issue and Roy was super helpful! FurLife, you have a life long customer with me!

Julia and the team at Furlife were amazing ! I purchased a collar tag and had one end of it break soon after purchase I took a quick photo of it and explained the situation and they were so quick to respond and get me a new holder sent out within days ! Im a furlife customer !

The product works well. I've tried both the collar and the little tag/pouch that goes on an existing collar and both have been effective. Had a small issue with one of the collar tags, the product inside went missing on just one of our dogs (no rips, tears or bite marks to indicate the dog's behavior caused it) but Julia from customer service helped me get a replacement. She was friendly and super-fast! Thanks Julia! ❤️
