I put the furlife tags on my digs’ collars as you described, and the smell of citronella was so strong, I had to take then off to air out a bit before trying again. This idea for a year’s protection is perfect. Thank you. Meg

I was concerned about my order because I have a small dog and that’s what I ordered. When I reviewed the order after ordering, it said medium. Being concerned about overdosing my small dog I made an inquiry. My helper Patrick helped me to understand that all the tubs are the same. The amount of chews you give the dog differs by the size of the dog. I was relieved and happy with the explanation given. Thank you!

So I placed my first ever order... I was so excited to get my 3 pups covered because they sleep on our bed but ticks are outa control. So I placed the order and afterwards noticed that I could've picked colors but thought it was too late. So I immediately emailed FURLIFE asking to change the colors on the 3 collars and I was assited by Donnie. He addressed my issue immediately, changes the order the way I asked and sent me an awesome email letting me know! Thank you Donnie!

This is my first year using this product and let me tell you it’s been a very pleasant experience. The product broke and Roy has been nothing but helpful in helping me get a replacement and making sure everything was set. My dog has not had any ticks either which is huge being we live in the woods and they are thick. I’m very very satisfied with this product and will continue to use this brand!!!!
