After a week I noticed my furlife holder was empty. I reached out to furlife and Joey took care of sending me another one, they really stand behind their product.

I emailed them to let them know about the product being broken and even though all I really needed is the outside part they're sending me a whole new one. Donnie was super fast with his response and took care of everything.

Customer service is excellent replaced my damaged item with no struggle responses super quick! 10/10 works great for my fur babies definitely buying again

The FurLife pendants I got for my dog and 2 cats are working wonderfully. They have almost totally quit scratching, their fur is softer and shiner. I am extremely happy to have found your products.

I have had trouble with my devices twice now and FurLife has graciously sent over a new unit to me. Most recently, Patrick was very kind to send over another device when I emailed in just to let them know that the part inside had fallen out. I didn't expect a replacement but was happy since we haven't really had a chance to see if they actually work! Appreciate a company that backs up their product.
