⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an issue with one of my Furlife products, and I was absolutely impressed with how quickly and professionally it was handled. Before the day was even over, Roy had offered to replace the product and arrange for a new shipment to be sent out. That kind of customer service is hard to find! The product itself smells great, and best of all, my dogs don’t seem bothered by the smell at all—which is a huge plus. 🐶❤️ We have bought several of the products, not only for our dogs, but my nieces dog and my granddog. We love Furlife🐾🐾 But I especially want to recognize Roy. He was quick to respond, friendly, understanding, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He made what could have been a frustrating situation completely stress-free. Thank you, Roy, for the amazing customer service and for making me feel like a valued customer. I contacted support for my issue of having my gel packs falling out of the pendants. Glisson and Julia got in contact with me and gave me some tips to help keep them in with very active dogs and they replaced the ones that fell out. Very happy with their customer service. Great company that stands behind their products and one of the few I've found that Actually work to keep ticks and fleas in the woods and not on my animals.
