I looked at the spray for my dogs carefully as I don't use collars on them and Julia was extremely helpful and responsive. I missed the coupon prior to my initial order and she was able to credit it back to my account. Now that's customer service!

I have bought 4 pendants--this last round one came in damaged -I took pics of the damaged item and email and requested a new one--they immediately advised another one was on the way. I appreciate the quick response and polite service. Each time my experience has been very good--I have 3 dogs 1 cat-- I am hoping for the best with the pendants--so far so good.

I have 2 dogs, we live in WV. Lots of ticks and fleas even though we do keep our cabin mowed - this is the first year we have tried Furlife. Our family relies on natural remedies and prefer a more [legal] herbal approach on meds so when I found out about Furlife I was anxious to try! Previously we have used the chemical collars, body drops and injestable pills the dogs would chew up - but Furlife is different! Its herbal! Bery pleasant scent and we have been using Furlife on both our dogs for about 2 months now. Dogs are not adverse to the mild herbally scent (its stronger when “new” but not unpleasant- kinda florally, nice) the scent dissipates so not as obvious, but works all the same! Dogs are not it hing and we have yet to find 1 flea or tick!!!
