I can’t comment on the product yet, as I haven’t yet tried - or received it but will update my review when I do if it’s less than 5-stars. My review is based on the customer service I received from Julia, which was top notch. If the product is as good as the customer service, this is a winner!! Be careful - especially if you’re ordering by phone, and can’t read the light green, tiny print… the shipping address for my order (through Facebook) was automatically added and order placed before I could even check, add, lr change it. I was surprised it added an address in Germany, but Julia, at customer service sorted this out for me, so based on that experience alone, I am already impressed by this company.

I really appreciate this not expensive but effective way of helping my beloved dogs to rid of unwanted pests.

JeAnne was very helpful when our FurLife shipment got delayed several times and then marked as undeliverable and sent back for unknown reasons. She quickly verified our address and shipped out a new one that we received very quickly. So far we love our product and the customer service is excellent!

Julia was very helpful. My pendant seemed to have lost the oils somehow after a week, don’t know why though. But, she promptly sent me a new one for my boy Zeus!! Can’t rate the pendant yet but she was great to deal with. Thank you so much Julia! 😊

My issue was addressed immediately and Julia was so helpful and prompt with the emails back and forth. The situation was resolved within 2 days (over the weekend too). It's a pleasure to know that there are companies out there that stand behind their products. My 1 yr. old Morkie (long hair) has not had an issue with ticks or fleas since she's been wearing her FurLife pendant compared to her sister (different household) who has ticks removed from her often and who takes the chemical monthly chewable that kills fleas/ticks after they bite her. I would prefer the natural way and not have to put chemicals into my dog. Thank you Julia and FurLife.

Furlife has been quick to respond to my questions and issue with the collar attachment not fitting my dog's collars. They have been amazing to work with and did their absolute best to accommodate. I am looking forward to working with them every year to keep control of ticks and fleas on my furbabies!!!
