Julia at Furlife was extremely efficient and helpful in navigating my issue with the pendants. It seems our dogs are just too rough for them, so we are going to attempt switching to the collar version. Communication was quick and thorough, and my issue was resolved quickly and overly fair. Up until our issue (about 1 month in), we didn’t see any fleas or ticks on either of our dogs.

We ordered a product from this company and by mistake, I input the wrong name for the mailing address. I reached out immediately after realizing my mistake and within a very short time, SAME DAY, they responded and corrected it for me, and then confirmed the correction via email. Very prompt and attentive and I even got another email from them later (AFTER HOURS) pertaining to the Tracking Number & Shipment. Thus far, I am pretty impressed. Hi accidentally ordered without using my coupon so placed another order and emailed support to ask them to cancel the first one. JeAnne in customer support was amazing! She responded within minutes of my email and had cancelled the first order. Customer service is the fastest i have ever experienced online. Excited to use their product since I have been using a rubber collar with chemicals built in that is over 55 per dog every 3 months. It is hard to get on and off. This is natural remedy and it attaches to their collar and is much cheaper. Can’t wait to get it! Thanks Holly
