i purchased two one for my bichon and one for our pit. When I first opened, the smell was pretty strong, but I left it sitting out a couple of days just to make sure that it would be OK for the dogs. Once I put it on the dogs, they were perfectly content and things seem to be working just fine for them. I will be able to say more once warm season comes in.

Joan & Julia were extremely helpful. I bought the tags that go on dog collars and not even two weeks later found a flea on one of my dogs! Never happened with your collars. So I emailed your customer service to let you know what happened. Joan answered saying my email saying if I wanted they would send me two of the collars at no charge. I will ONLY buy your collars going forward. Don’t like the tags at all!!

Customer service at FurLife is absolutely wonderful! When I reached out with a question for a specific situation, Patrick responded very quickly and was kind, compassionate, and helpful. I loved knowing that I was corresponding with an individual person instead of an automated service. Thank you FurLife!

I love the FurLife solution for my little dog and my support golden retriever-in-training. I had a bit of a mishap, and JeAnne was just wonderful to help. My highest recommendation to FurLife!!!
