Purchased 3 tags for my pups and I was happy with it. I could smell the citronella and was a lil concerned, but my pups were fine and they are mini Aussies. I had to replace one of my tags because my pup chewed the rubber holder, and this was just a week after I got them. I emailed the support team Donnie and he was very kind and replaced my tag with no hassle. I have already shared how great the tags are to my family and friends.
