This company has the best customer service I have ever received. I purchased two tags for my dogs. The tab inside one of the rags fell out, & I couldn’t find it. I wrote to the company and explained the situation. Without hesitation, they offered to replace it free of charge. I’m ecstatic since I’m a senior citizen on a fixed income. I received the new one right away. I will definitely be doing business with them again. Thank you FurLife for the greatest experience I’ve had in a very long time. MariJane Stahl

I got a FurLife tag for my GSD puppy to help with fleas and tick this year. No issues or complaints with the tag. Needless to say, my pup ended up losing the insert for the tag so I reached out to customer service in hopes that I’d be able to buy a new insert vs buying an entire new tag. Patrick from the Customer Service ended up shipping out an entire new tag for my pup after sending proof of the tag missing the insert. Despite offering to pay for a new one, I got a replacement for free, shipped out the same day. Love this company and will continue recommending!

My experience with FurLife was a great one. my little spunky dogs collar came open and was lost and Ramon worked diligently to help me replace it! Customer service responded to me quickly when I contacted them about a problem with the Furlife pendants I ordered. Julia was extremely helpful and offered to replace the pendants that lost their oil filled bubbles. This product, while intact, works very well for our dog. He's young and energetic and has a large yard to run and play in. We've tried many other flea/tick options, but Furlife seems to fit our dog's needs best. Our one issue was with the bubbles popping out (and disappearing somewhere on the property) shortly after the pendant was placed on the collar. I plan to find some way to secure the bubble inside the rubber holder, because we definitely want our dog to remain protected throughout the Summer. Thank you, Furlife, for providing safe, effective pest management for our dog and for being so considerate and helpful when we reached out to you!
