I ordered several tags and a collar from them, they shipped the next day and arrived about 3 days after that. My friend has noticed a difference with her 3 and while I did notice less ticks on my pups as well, it seems my male schnauzer in particular is ultra sensitive because he got some skin bumps under his collar. Patrick from customer service was very quick to reply when I mentioned this issue and quickly refunded me. Will definitely recommend them to other people and hope these help even if a bit with the awful ticks this year!

FurLife support has been so easy to work with. I reached out on a holiday about a product issue. The very next day I had a response and the issue was resolved. They even sent me a free replacement. Julia has been amazing and quick to respond.

Love love love these collars!! They keep the bugs out of my house and off my dog❤️ I also bought them for my boyfriends family and they have helped with them itching so much and keeping the bugs off of me them as well.
