I received my package and noticed that the package with damage I emailed FurLife. I was surprising of a quick response and how they replaced damaged product

I made an error placing my order so I let Furlife know and JOEY was on the problem asap. Within a couple hours he let me know the problem was taken care of. Thank you.

I had a very good experience with this company. I repurchased my dog and cat flea collar for this year and I forgot to add the coupon in the end. I contacted them and Joey was extremely helpful by adding the coupon on to my total and refunding me the difference with no problem. This is my second year purchasing a flea collar from this company. They worked Great on my dog and cat with no problems.

When I contacted FurLife to let them know one of my items was damaged, Roy responded right away and asked for a picture , I sent a photo of the damage and he emailed me right away and said the replacement was on the way. Grateful and happy with the outcome
