We got shipped 4 dog collars instead of 3 dog and 1 cat collar. When I contacted them Julia helped out a lot. She issued a cat collar on it's way. The collars work great. I'm not sure in our area that they work for a year because of all the trees. They do work longer then normal flea treatments. This is our 3 time using them and they work great. We did have an issue but Julia really was helpful. Thank y'all.

While opening my anti flea/tick gadget, I accidentally cut it where it attaches to the collar. I messaged the company and Joey agreed to send me a new one at no cost. I am so happy! I thought I just wasted 40.00. Amazing customer service. Highly recommend.
