They have superior customer service! I had placed an order for a spray product and received shampoo in error. I emailed their customer support department and received a response within minutes. A new order for the correct product had already been placed, at no charge, of course. I received a second email from Julia apologizing for the mixup. Thank you, Julia, for making this so seamless!!!

So far I'm very happy. I was expecting a strong smell that potential irritated my dogs. I ordered 4 and one busted and leaked without a couple of hours. I contacted customer service and Julie was very helpful and a new one is on the way. Great product, great customer service.

I have 3 dogs and 2 cats and all of them have a fur life 8 month collar. The collars smell great and are easy to fit. One of my dogs who is highly allergic to many things, has had no adverse affects whatsoever to the collar. All of them are flea and tick free. They have been wearing them about a month. I will also say the company is wonderful! I ordered my collars while I was still in Canada, and due to the mail strike they never arrived. I wrote to ask them when they would arrive as I was soon headed to Florida, and they let me know I would not get them in time. AND SO THEY RESHIPPED THEM TO MEET ME IN FLORIDA! The collars were there a day before I arrived! Wonderful product, wonderful customer service. Will buy over and over!!!
