I bought 12- yes 12 collars for my sister-in-law’s 12 dogs. She had a terrible flee infestation this past summer. Got her the collars to see if it would work. I knew it would cause it worked for my 2 fur babies. WELL… she loves them and she said the dogs are doing great. I believe she is saving up to get the 1 yr. Tags when the 8 months is up. Thank you FurLife for working with me on the small order issue as well. Y’all are top notch and I will be a FurLife customer fur life!!!! I believe my sister- in-law will be too!

Phenomenal Customer Service! We had an issue with our collar breaking so I messaged FurLife to see if I could solve the issue with electrical tape or something to piece it back together. Joey responded asking for pictures, so I sent some pictures of our damaged collar and then Julia emailed me back right away offering a replacement collar. I wasn't even expecting that offer- it was so appreciative and I am beyond impressed by the customer service I have received. We also love the product so much- we live by a wetland area littered with bugs- and this collar works on all 3 of our pups! It was just so amazing to be taken care of and I can't thank Joey and Julia enough!
