I’ve been very satisfied with your product. First time user and am very happy with its protection. When I had to contact customer service about a leak in the capsule, the response time was miraculous! Especially when I emailed them at 6:30. AM CST and received a response within 15 minutes! Patrick ,Joey and Roy helped with the issue we had with one of our collars. They were responsive and solved the problem. The product has worked very well with our dogs!

We purchased two pendants and they seemed to be working. After less than 2 months , I noticed one of my dogs’ inserts was flat (could have been that she scratched or who knows). I messaged the company to see if there was anything they could do and Julia and Roy delivered! They didn’t hesitate to ensure that I will receive a replacement after sending a picture.

This has changed my girl’s life, she was scratching a lot, she was stressed, try different treatments but non of them work? I was stressed since wearing this collar she is being nothing but happy no scratching her hair growing back no more flea it’s amazing I can’t thank you enough I will recommend treatment for any one who is having trouble with dog scratching, I have been told it was dog allergies but it wasn’t. I’m surprised how wonderful this is I will buy again

I love this product this far, i have not seen a tick or flea on my fur babies we live by a creek that we visit daily with alot of ticks around, not one on my babies. They other issue i would like to give a hug shout out. My first shipment was damaged, i email the furlife. Immediately got a response and was replaced in no time at all.

This is such a great product line! My dog doesn't mind it either. The bugs stay away from her. I feel so good knowing I am not poisoning her. I ordered my second bottle of the spray and had a leaking damaged package and Joan was so responsive and so helpful. It is nice to deal with good people and a great company!
