We purchased two pendants for our dogs. We’re not sure what happened but one of them was leaking. I reached out to customer service to see what the best way to handle it was. Julia reached out and she was absolutely amazing. Immediately asked for a video or picture so we could see what was going on and then offered to send us a new pendant completely free of charge! I’m a customer for life!
