Joan was a big help to me today! My package has been lost in transit. And she could see that was well so, she’s issuing a new flea and tick for me dog.

I don't normally write reviews but I must say that I was pleasantly surprised when I reached out to FurLife informing them I had made a mistake when placing my flee collar purchase . I got a response from Joan and when I explained to her what had happened she wasted no time assisting me and solving the problem . I did not have to wait days for a response .
