I had an issue with an item that I had purchased. I reached out to customer service, and they were very patient and concerned with my issue. After sending pictures and chatting with Roy and Joey, they decided to send me a new item. I wasn't expecting that, I was only inquiring if others had had the same problem. My entire career was based around customer service. I can tell you without a doubt, FurLife is very lucky to have both Joey and Roy on their team!

I ordered a flea collar for my dog and accidentally chose green instead of red. I realized this after the order was placed. I emailed FurLife requesting a change of collar color if possible. Roy emailed me stating that the color was corrected to red. I appreciate that he addressed my issue in a timely and efficient manner Thank you Roy! Marie Cardone

I have made 3 purchases for pendants and love this product! I feel good about NOT Putting lab created chemicals on dog. We had some troubles with our pendant just a month in and Roy and Joan showed excellent customers service to get our problem taken care of and our product replaced ASAP. I am thrilled at the (almost) immediate effect of this product. My dogs had no problems adapting to the new collar attachment or the smell of the product. And the price is so much cheaper than the oral medications they were taking twice a year, so my pocket is happy too!
