FurLife™Reviews of getfurlife.com

Joey and Patrick are the best!! It's so refreshing to do business with a company that stands behind their product. Not only that but they are polite, efficient, have wonderful manners, character and integrity. That means a whole lot these days and is all too rare. Also, after years of searching for natural products that weren't poison making them sick and that actually work on my dogs for flea and tick prevention till I was literally beside myself and pulling out my hair I finally found FurLife. I'm just thrilled to find a product that works. It's early into my journey by a few months but I'm in a warm climate that had a mild winter, live on 6 acres, and have had a ton of rain so fleas and ticks are proliferating. Knock on wood I haven't had any problems with parasites on my precious Aussies. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Yay!

I appreciated the quick response to my email I received from Donnie. He was helpful and went above and beyond to assist with my questions.

I made my 1st contact with FurLife in regards to a product of theirs. I had a response within an hour of sending an email! Joan was the BEST with her customer service! A 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ customer service encounter! FurLife has a fabulous tick/flea pendant that has worked great for our fur baby, Lily! I highly recommend FurLife and Joan for your fur baby needs!!

Julia helped me with the damage product I had made it super easy to get it taken care with no problems.

The dogs seem to enjoy the collars, they smell good , no side effects, but of course it's winter time.

My package arrived damaged but customer service (Joan) was incredible at helping with fast assistance and replacement.

Julia did a wonderful job helping me straighten out my order! I’m looking forward to receiving my order.

I had a concern with how strong the smell was at first. It was just too much for my family to be comfortable with. I reached out to customer service & Joan was amazing. She gave some recommendations to let the product air out for a week before using to give it a chance to settle. She also extended my return time frame so I could try her recommendations. I’m super thankful for the suggestion & hopeful that I’ll be able to use the product. Thanks, Joan!
