Julia was very kind and helpful in resolving my issue with my dog being sensitive to the collar. He may not be able to wear the collar but we are going to try the chews instead and hopefully he can tolerate them.

One of the loops on my dog's flea collar broke, causing the collar to repeatedly fall off. I emailed FurLife and asked if they would send me a replacement. Julia promptly responded to my email, assuring me that a replacement was on its way. Then I received a confirmation email that the replacement collar would soon be shipped, and the email included a tracking number. I was very pleased. Thanks Julia!

FurLife is an outstanding company and superior customer service was provided by Joan and Julia! I had a minor quality issue with the product that they addressed on the same day (a Sunday) and immediately issued a replacement.
