Joan and the staff at FurLife are excellent people to do business with. I had small issue and emailed them on a Sunday and they replied in under 30 minutes and had the issue resolved. That’s not found a lot these days and makes a repeat customer.

I am first time purchaser and am really happy with the overall experience ordering furlife items. It was easy to select what I wanted for my German Shepherd puppy now 1 1/2 years old. Our 4 german shepherds before her each passed away much too early (cancer) so trying to go as natural as possible this time around to give her a long, healthly life! I was able to email with Donnie from furlife, who was so helpful! Quick replies and so much understanding of where I was coming from- Donnie's support helped my purchase be an easy and happy experience. I realized a couple days ago that I hadn’t received my collar and so tried to figure out why. While trying to schedule a delivery from the incorrect post office it was delivered to, Julia contacted me to confirm the correct address so the collar would be sent over. I thought I was going to have to jump through hoops to get this figured out, or go pickup the mail from the post office in the neighboring town but Julia took care of it!
